WORDS AND TERMS. The interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the strict application of the words and terms used as defined by the most recent edition of “▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ New World Dictionary, College Edition” unless a word or term is specifically defined within the Agreement as having another meaning.
