WORK ACTIONS. The Association recognizes and agrees that it does not have the right to strike. The Association, including its members and representatives, will not engage in, authorize, sanction, or support any work slowdown, stoppage of work, curtailment of production, “sick-out,” or “blue flu action” for the purpose of influencing management decisions or labor negotiations.
