Common use of Work Authorization Budget Clause in Contracts

Work Authorization Budget. A Work Authorization budget shall be prepared by the Engineer and shall set forth in detail the following: (1) the computation of the estimated cost of the work as described in the Work Authorization; (2) the estimated time (hours/days) required to complete the work using the fees set forth in Attachment B; (3) a work plan that includes a list of the work to be performed; and (4) a maximum cost (not-to-exceed) amount or unit or lump sum cost and the total cost or price of the work as defined in the Work Authorization.
