Work Authorization Budget. A Work Authorization budget shall be prepared by the Engineer and set forth in detail (1) the computation of the estimated cost of the work as described in the Work Authorization, (2) the estimated time (hours/days) required to complete the work at the hourly rates established in Attachment E, Fee Schedule; (3) a work plan that includes a list of the work to be performed, (4) a stated maximum number of calendar days to complete the work, and (5) a cost-not-to-exceed-amount or unit or lump sum cost and the total cost or price of the Work Authorization. The Mobility Authority will not pay items of cost that are not included in or rates that exceed those approved in Attachment E.
