WORK CURTAILMENT. 8.1 Under no conditions or circumstances shall the ASSOCIATION or any of the employees it represents individually or collectively cause, sanction, honor or engage in any strike, sit-down, stay-in, sick-out, slow-down, speed-up, work to rule or in any other type of job action, curtailment of work, restriction of production or restriction of service during the term of this Agreement.
