Common use of WORK CURTAILMENT Clause in Contracts

WORK CURTAILMENT. 38.1 Under no conditions or circumstances shall the Association or any of the employees it represents individually or collectively cause, sanction, honor or engage in any strike, sit-down, stay-in, sick-out, slow-down, speed-up, work to rule or in any other type of job action, curtailment of work, restriction of production or restriction of service during the term of this Agreement.
