Common use of Work in the Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Work in the Bargaining Unit. Persons whose jobs, paid or unpaid, are not in the bargaining unit, shall not work on any jobs which are included in the bargaining unit which would result in or reduction in regular working hours of a permanent employee or permanent employees, except in cases mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
