Common use of WORK LIMITATIONS Clause in Contracts

WORK LIMITATIONS. i. All spaces where work will be done may be occupied by Owner’s personnel unless agreed to in writing beforehand. ii. Contractor must schedule and perform Work in such a manner so as not to disrupt existing building systems such as, but not limited to existing electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. Existing systems must remain fully functional at all times unless agreed to in writing beforehand. iii. Contractor must provide Owner with a minimum 48-hours’ notice before starting demolition of any area that may disturb Owner’s operations. iv. Contractor must maintain required exists and exist pathways at all times unless agreed to in writing beforehand.
