Common use of WORK LIMITATIONS Clause in Contracts

WORK LIMITATIONS. No supervisor or other employee outside the bargaining unit shall perform any of the duties regularly and customarily performed by employees covered by this Agreement, except when necessary in order to protect life, limb or property; or to instruct or train other employees: or in emergencies in order to maintain adequate and uninterrupted service to the public.
