Common use of Work Location Clause in Contracts

Work Location. Every employee covered by this Agreement shall be assigned, in writing, a work location. When an employee is temporarily assigned another work location, outside their headquarters area, time spent in travel from the employee's residence to the new work location in excess of time normally spent in travel from the employee's residence to their work location shall be considered as time worked.
