1. Consistent with the terms of this agreement, where it is necessary for the fulfillment of instructional requirements, the full-time faculty and full-time members of the Professional Library staff may be supplemented by competent part-time teachers or Library staff members serving under the supervision of full-time faculty and ▇▇▇▇ of Learning Resources.
