Common use of Work or Worked Clause in Contracts

Work or Worked. includes paid leaves; unpaid leaves where compensation is recognized by the agreement; inclusive of union leaves, WorkSafeBC absences; vacations; paid holidays, as well as unpaid leaves as authorized by the Employer. This definition includes all hours as calculated against an employee's annual hours of work.
