Common use of Work Orders and Deficiencies Clause in Contracts

Work Orders and Deficiencies. There are no outstanding work orders, non-compliance orders, deficiency notices or other such notices relating to the Leased Premises or the other properties and assets of the Corporation or the Business that have been issued by any Governmental Entity. There are no matters under discussion with any Governmental Entity relating to work orders, non-compliance orders, deficiency notices or other such notices. The Business is not being carried on, and none of the Leased Premises or the other properties or assets of the Corporation are being operated, in a manner that is in contravention of any statute, regulation, rule, code, standard or policy so as to give rise to any material liability. No amounts are owing by the Corporation in respect of the Leased Premises to any Governmental Entity or public utility, other than current accounts which are not in arrears.
