Common use of Work Organisation Clause in Contracts

Work Organisation. 3.1.1 Linfox may direct an employee to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the employee’s skill, competence and training consistent with the classification structure of this agreement, provided that such duties are not designed to promote ▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. 3.1.2 Employees within each grade are to perform a wider range of duties including work which is incidental or peripheral to their main tasks or functions. 3.1.3 Linfox may direct an employee to carry out such duties and use such tools and equipment as may be required, provided that the employee has been trained in the use of such tools and equipment. 3.1.4 Linfox shall provide all gear necessary for the unloading of vehicles and the securing of loads thereon.
