Work package descriptions. WP1 Project Management D1.1 (MedUG, UNIMAN, IARC, LUMC, U.TURKU) Task 2: General project management. WP1 is responsible for the smooth interaction of all parts of the project and the assurance of the workflow. In particular, it is responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient communication between the individual bodies of the project and supervises the progress in the work packages according to their work plan.
