Work Plan. Next steps and a work plan for the committee will be developed following the initial workshops. The work plans shall contain specific details on work to be performed including a schedule per work week, route to be followed, and locations of work each day. The Work Plan shall be submitted within three (3) days after contract award. Any updates of the work plan shall be approved by the County prior to start of work. The Contractor shall maintain the workplan throughout the life of the contract.

Work Plan. 7.2.1 The Work Plan will initially be included in Appendix G. Contractor must produce and provide to the Department an update to the Work Plan as a Deliverable with input from the Department within 30 Days of the Effective Date. 7.2.2 Contractor must maintain the Work Plan for its Module. Contractor must adhere to the Work Plan and its associated Schedule. The Schedule in the Work Plan must not change as a result of time required by Contractor to correct Deficiencies, unless otherwise agreed beforehand in writing by the Department. However, the Schedule may, in the Department’s discretion, be extended on a day-to-day basis to the extent that the Department’s review of a Service or Deliverable and review of Corrections of Deficiencies in accordance with the Acceptance process is longer than described in the Schedule.
7.2.3 Contractor must provide the Department with updates to the Work Plan monthly, as described in the RFP and Response, and as otherwise necessary throughout the term of this Contract to accurately reflect the status of activities, tasks, events, Services, Deliverables and projected Schedule(s) for such activities, tasks, events, Services and Deliverables. Contractor will present the updated Work Plan at a time agreed to by the parties in writing, and the updated Work Plan will highlight changes made from the prior Work Plan. Any such update changes must be agreed upon in writing by the Department’s Project Manager. Contractor agrees the Work Plan will become a part of this Contract by amendment upon Acceptance by the Department and agrees to execute any further documents necessary to accomplish this incorporation. Work Plan. A. Without invalidating this Agreement, Authority may, at any time, order additions, deletions or revisions to the Services authorized only by a mutually agreed Work Plan. Prior to the onset of any Services to be performed, Company and Authority will outline each task involved, establish a schedule for completing each task, detail the associated costs, and include the names, titles, responsibilities, and, upon request, the resumes of Company’s Personnel that will be assigned to the task in a Work Plan as shown in Exhibit A, Sample Work Plan. The Work Plan schedule may go beyond the termination date of this Agreement if necessary to complete the Work Plan tasks. Company will use its best efforts to ensure that each task in the Work Plan is completed on budget and on time according to the agreed-upon work schedule.
B. All Services agreed to in a Work Plan will be executed under the applicable conditions of this Agreement. No Services will be paid for unless authorized by written Work Plan prior to the performance of such Services.
C. Upon execution of the Work Plan, the Authority will issue a Purchase Order to Company to perform the specific items at the agreed upon schedule and/or costs in the Work Plan. The Authority's Vice President of ITS or designee will have the authority to execute any Work Plan on behalf of the Authority consistent with the terms of this Agreement. No Services will be initiated by Company until Company receives the Purchase Order which will include the final agreed upon Work Plan.
D. Any Purchase Order issued during the Term of this Agreement and not completed within such period shall be completed by the Company within the time specified in the associated Work Plan. This Agreement shall govern the Company's and Authority's rights and obligations with respect to the Work Plan to the same extent as if the Work Plan were completed during the Term of this Agreement.
