Work Product Format Clause Samples
The WORK PRODUCT FORMAT clause defines the required format and standards for any deliverables or work products produced under the agreement. It typically specifies details such as file types, software compatibility, layout, or other technical requirements that the work product must meet before submission. By setting these expectations in advance, the clause ensures that the client receives work in a usable and agreed-upon format, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or the need for costly revisions.
