Work Programmes and Budgets. No later than forty-five (45) days prior to the beginning of each Calendar Year, and, for the first Calendar Year, no later than two (2) months after the Effective Date, the Contractor shall prepare and submit for approval by the Minister a detailed itemized annual Work Programme, along with the corresponding annual Budget for the Contract Area, setting forth the Hydrocarbons Operations the Contractor proposes to carry out during the ensuing Calendar Year.
