Common use of Work Standards Clause in Contracts

Work Standards. [Modified] The Contractor shall execute its responsibilities by following and applying at all times the highest professional and technical guidelines and standards applicable to the services it provides pursuant to this Contract. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that its employees, agents, and any subcontractors conform to the professional and technical guidelines and standards applicable to all services and programs that the Contractor provides under this Contract. If the State becomes dissatisfied with the work product of or the working relationship with those individuals assigned to work on this Contract and/or those individuals assigned to provide any of the services pursuant to this Contract, the State may request in writing the replacement of any or all such individuals, and the Contractor shall grant such request.
