Work streams. The work streams have arisen out of the interest based bargaining between the parties held in renewal of this MECA. The work product from that process should be used to guide and inform the individual work streams which are summarised below. Further work streams may be implemented by agreement between the parties.
Work streams. Oranga Tamariki is committed to ensuring that every employee can have input into and deliver high quality services to tamariki and rangatahi. It is acknowledged that to do this in a sustainable and safe way everyone’s kaimahi ora must be considered and their workload managed and monitored with best practice in mind. The PSA and Oranga Tamariki are engaged in multiple streams of work in order to achieve and maintain this. Both parties are committed to sharing information, data, and working together to find solutions. The terms of settlement provide more detail about these work streams.
Work streams. 11.1 The project board will oversee six work streams to develop the outline business case. These are described in more detail in Appendix 2. 11.2 The outline business case will be developed from the Strategic Outline Case. 11.3 Responsibility for writing the business case rests with both organisations with the lead author being the Project Director. 11.4 The work streams to develop the OBC include:  Strategic drivers for change  Activity analysis  Financial analysis  Competition  The clinical vision and organisational design  Programme design  CIP 11.5 Depending on the outcome of the outline business case a process of due diligence may be required. This will run consecutive to the development of the full business case.
Work streams. The Supplier shall verify the accuracy of the Customer’s MIDs, TIDs, and unique identifiers, and the required separation, to ensure that the implementation is completed correctly.

  • WORK STOPPAGE There has not been, and there is not currently, any labour trouble which is having a Material Adverse Effect or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Work Standards The Contractor shall execute its responsibilities by following and applying at all times the highest professional and technical guidelines and standards. If the State becomes dissatisfied with the work product of or the working relationship with those individuals assigned to work on this Contract, the State may request in writing the replacement of any or all such individuals, and the Contractor shall grant such request.

  • Work Shifts Employees shall be scheduled to work on regular work shifts having regular starting and quitting times. Except for emergencies (see Section D), employees' work schedules shall not be changed without written notice to the employee at least five (5) working days prior to the date the change is to be effective. Irregular work schedules shall not be changed without written notice to the employee at least ten

  • Work Shift The hours an employee is scheduled to work each workday in a workweek.

  • WORK STOPPAGES It shall be a violation of this Agreement for the Union to engage in a strike or work stoppage against the State of Maryland. The Union shall forfeit its status as the exclusive representative of employees in this bargaining unit if the Union engages in a strike or work stoppage against the State of Maryland.
