Work Transfer. Seller shall not and shall ensure its supply chain shall not, initiate a movement or transfer of the location for the work to be performed under this Contract to another facility without Buyer’s prior written approval which must be obtained no less than 60 days prior to first article inspection or the earliest contractual ship date, whichever is earlier.
