Work Unlicensed Assistant May Not Perform Clause Samples

The "Work Unlicensed Assistant May Not Perform" clause defines the types of work or tasks that cannot be delegated to assistants who do not hold the required professional licenses. In practice, this means that only individuals with the appropriate credentials are permitted to carry out certain regulated activities, such as providing legal advice or performing medical procedures, while unlicensed assistants may only handle administrative or non-regulated tasks.
