Work Year for Full Sample Clauses

The 'Work Year for Full' clause defines the standard period of employment considered as a full work year for employees. Typically, this clause specifies the number of days, weeks, or months that constitute a full year of service, and may outline how partial years are calculated or prorated for benefits and entitlements. By clearly establishing what counts as a full work year, this clause ensures consistency in determining eligibility for benefits, salary increments, or leave accrual, and helps prevent disputes over service calculations.
