Workdays and Workweeks. a. The normal workweek for a full-time employee shall consist of forty (40) hours per week, eight (8) hours per day and five (5) days per week. The Company shall make a good faith effort to provide employees with two (2) consecutive days off during the workweek, unless business needs necessitate. Such decisions shall not be arbitrary. b. The workweek shall run from Sunday through Saturday, inclusive. If requested by the employee, lunch hours may be waived at the discretion of the Company.
