Insurance shall be maintained by the Construction Manager during the term of this Agreement for all employees engaged in the Work under this Agreement, in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. The amount of such insurance shall not be less than: Workers' Compensation - Florida Statutory Requirements Employers Liability - $100,000 Limit Each Accident $500,000 Limit Disease Aggregate $100,000 Limit Disease Each Employee The insurance company shall waive its Rights of Subrogation against the Owner.
