Common use of Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Coverage Clause in Contracts

Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Coverage. The Consultant shall have and maintain in full force and effect for the duration of this Agreement, insurance protecting against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Work by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, employees or subcontractors. The insurer shall agree to waive all rights of subrogation against County, and its officers, officials, employees and volunteers for losses arising from the work performed by the Consultant for County.
