Common use of WORKERS’ COMPENSATION AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION Clause in Contracts

WORKERS’ COMPENSATION AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION. Effective as of the Distribution Date, SSE shall have (and, to the extent it has not previously had such obligations, assume) the obligations for all claims and liabilities relating to workers’ compensation and unemployment compensation benefits for all SSE Employees and Former SSE Employees. SSE shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide that workers’ compensation and unemployment insurance costs are not adversely affected for either of them by reason of the Distribution.
