Workers’ Compensation Policy. All Bargaining Unit employees are covered by a Worker’s Compensation policy for job related injuries or death as prescribed under the State of Illinois Worker’s Compensation law. Limited or Light Duty Policy – the Employer may also elect to make “limited or light duty” work available for employees who have work related injuries or illnesses if “limited or light duty” work is available and if appropriate medical release is given by a physician.
