Workforce Utilization Report. After award of the Agreement, the Manager shall submit to the Fund a work force utilization report, in a form and manner required by the Fund, of the work force actually utilized on this Agreement, broken down by specified ethnic background, gender, and Federal occupational categories or other appropriate categories specified by the Fund.
