Working arrangement. 1. The details of the cooperation between the Parties to implement this Agreement shall be governed by a working arrangement concluded between Eurojust and the competent authorities of Armenia in accordance with the Eurojust Regulation. 2. The working arrangement shall replace any existing working arrangement concluded between Eurojust and the competent authorities of Armenia.

Working arrangement. The consultant will be working under the overall supervision of the Director of the Environmental Management Division (ED) and in close consultation with the Chief of Environmental Management Officer and ED’s Ecosystem and Wetland Specialist. The work station will be home-based and at the MRC Secretariat in Vientiane, Lao PDR with the possibility to travel to other MRC Member Countries.

Consultant is an independent Consultant and is solely responsible for all taxes, withholdings, and other similar statutory obligations, including, but not limited to Workers' Compensation Insurance; and Consultant will defend, indemnify and hold Company harmless from any and all claims made by any entity on account of an alleged failure by Consultant to satisfy any such tax or withholding obligations. b. Consultant has no authority to act on behalf of or enter into any Contract or incur any liability on behalf of the Company. c. Consultant's performance under this Agreement shall be conducted in full compliance with the highest standards of practice.

Working arrangement. Working arrangements shall be decided when the employee is recruited. The driver's working hours shall be 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day and the working hours shall be arranged as provided for in Article 17.6 to 17.8.
