Working Capital Financing Commitment. The Bunge Group shall provide financing for working capital for the JV Companies substantially on the terms set forth in Exhibit F. Each of the Parties shall use reasonably commercial efforts to, as soon as practicable after the Effective Date, enter into definitive agreements relating to the provision of such working capital substantially on the terms set forth in Exhibit F.
