Working Conditions and Safety. A. The Board agrees to make all reasonable provisions for the safety and health of its employees during the hours of their employment. The Union agrees to attempt to instill in each employee by all reasonable means the realization of his/her responsibility to himself/herself, his/her fellow employee, and the Board in the prevention of accidents.
