Working Conditions and Safety. A. Whereas the building may be occupied during the construction period, it is of utmost importance that the occupant's safety and the building's normal process be maintained. The Contractor shall not disrupt the normal operations of the building and shall be required to cease work during occupied hours if, in the opinion of the Owner, the work creates a disruption to the building's occupants. The Contractor will then be required to perform such disruptive work during non-occupied hours.
