Working Conditions and Safety. 29.1. The Other Party is responsible for the working conditions and safety at work. The Other Party shall observe all applicable statutory regulations, Health and Safety Inspectorate regulations and onsite safety regulations. 29.2. The Other Party shall periodically conduct safety inspections at the sites where the Work is carried out. The Other Party shall promptly inform KIT of the results of these inspections. 29.3. If applicable, the Other Party shall participate in any safety meeting regarding the Work. 29.4. Staff of the Other Party, staff of its subcontractors, or third parties otherwise engaged by it who, in the reasonable opinion of KIT, do not act in a safe manner shall be removed promptly from the Work at the first request of KIT. The Other Party shall immediately provide for theirreplacement.
