Common use of Working from Home Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Working from Home Arrangements. The University recognizes that employees may sometimes ask to work from home on occasion or on a continuing basis. The following conditions shall pertain: (i) the employee will remain responsible for fulfilling all her on-campus commitments; (ii) the employee and her supervisor must both agree to the arrangement; (iii) the arrangement will be reviewed by the supervisor to determine continuing operational feasibility; (iv) the arrangement must be documented in writing; and, (v) no continuing arrangement will be longer than one year in duration, but may be renewed with the agreement of the employee and her supervisor.
