Working Personnel. 15.2.1 All employees of the Company shall be recruited from the market, and each Party may recommend the appropriate candidates to the Company. 15.2.2 The Company shall employ Working Personnel at its own discretion on the basis of quality, capability and potential of the personnel to be employed by the Company. The qualifications and proficiency of each candidate shall be examined before employment. Labour contracts shall be entered into between the Company and each individual of the Working Personnel. The labour contracts shall be filed with the local labour management department (if required).
