Common use of Working Right Clause in Contracts

Working Right. Geo Can hereby further grants to LVCA the exclusive working right during the period from the Approval Date but prior to the exercise, lapse or termination of the Option (the “Option Period”) to enter upon the Properties, to conduct Mining Operations on the Properties and to have quiet possession thereof to the extent provided for in the Geo Can Options. LVCA shall conduct all Mining Operations in compliance with all applicable statutes, regulations, by-laws, orders and judgments and all applicable directives, rules, consents, permits, orders guidelines and policies of any Government or Regulatory Authority with jurisdiction over the Properties.

Geo Can hereby further grants to LVCA the exclusive working right during the period from the Approval Closing Date but prior to the exercise, lapse or termination of the Option (the “Option Period”) to enter upon the PropertiesProperty, to conduct Mining Operations on the Properties Property and to have quiet possession thereof to the extent provided for in the Geo Can Optionsthereof. LVCA shall conduct all Mining Operations in compliance with all applicable statutes, regulations, by-laws, orders and judgments and all applicable directives, rules, consents, permits, orders guidelines and policies of any Government or Regulatory Authority with jurisdiction over the PropertiesProperty.
