Common use of Working Space Clause in Contracts

Working Space. Please provide 1 chair and 1 table no smaller than 4 feet long for the entertainer as well as adequate space for performance. If table and chair not available, please let the entertainer know prior to event date to prepare and provide my own accordingly.
