Common use of Workload of Members Clause in Contracts

Workload of Members. (a) The normal full-time workload of Members will include teaching, research/scholarly/creative activities, and service to the community in proportions as governed by and varied in accordance with past practice and the provisions of this agreement. The workload of the Member is determined by the ▇▇▇▇, in consultation with the Member and, where applicable, the department/division Chair(s), it being understood that no Member can be assigned specific research, creative, scholarly or professional activities.
