CONTRACTOR 15 understands that such modification(s) shall promote community participation.

WORKLOAD STANDARDS. CONTRACTOR understands and agrees that at any given time 17 the standards referenced below are minimum standards, and shall make every effort to exceed these 18 minimums. 19 1. Annually, for Period One, Period Two, and Period Three, CONTRACTOR shall provide a 21 minimum of seventy-four thousand five hundred thirteen (74,513) billable hours of service, with a 22 minimum of three thousand nine hundred twenty (3,920) hours of medication support services, and 23 seventy thousand five hundred ninety-three (70,593) hours of other mental health, case management, 24 and/or crisis intervention or TBS services as identified in the Services Paragraph of this Exhibit A to the
WORKLOAD STANDARDS. CONTRACTOR understands and agrees that at any given time 15 the standards referenced below are minimum standards, and shall make every effort to exceed these 16 minimums. 17 1. One (1) DSH shall be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct Client service. 18 2. CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of forty-seven thousand seven hundred (47,700) 19 billable hours of service, with a minimum of one thousand three hundred forty-four (1,344) hours of 20 medication support services, and forty-six thousand three hundred fifty-six (46,356) hours of other 21 mental health, case management, and/or crisis intervention or TBS services as identified in the Services 22 Paragraph of this Exhibit A to the Agreement. 23 3. CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of one hundred (100) billable DSHs per month 24 per FTE or one thousand two hundred (1,200) billable DSHs per year per contracted FTE clinician, of 25 mental health services, unless otherwise approved by ADMINISTRATOR. For the Group Home/▇▇▇▇▇▇ 26 Care Programs, CONTRACTOR shall maintain an appropriate caseload that will facilitate the provision 27 of the minimum direct service hours identified above. 28 4. CONTRACTOR shall maintain an active and on-going minimum caseload of at least four 29 hundred sixty-seven (467) unduplicated Clients, of which at least four hundred sixty-seven (467) shall be 30 Medi-Cal, throughout the term of the Agreement, unless otherwise approved by ADMINISTRATOR. 31 5. CONTRACTOR shall not refuse Client referrals if any of CONTRACTOR’s staff are below 32 workload standards, as defined in Subparagraph VI.J. of this Exhibit A to the Agreement, unless 33 otherwise approved by ADMINISTRATOR.

CONTRACTOR shall have the option to make arrangements to use COUNTY psychiatry 27 for medication support services based upon approval by ADMINISTRATOR. CONTRACTOR may 28 also have the option to provide medication support services through subcontracted psychiatry. 29 4. CONTRACTOR shall provide, at a minimum, an average of one hundred (100) DSH per 30 month per FTE, or agreed upon productivity levels which shall include mental health, case 31 management, crisis intervention, and other support services and is inclusive of both billable and non- 32 billable services.

SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER OUTPATIENT CASELOAD – CONTRACTOR shall maintain an average monthly caseload of thirty (30) Participants per clinical FTE.
