Workmanship and performance. (a) All Services provided under this CTSA will be provided in a manner consistent with the standards of quality as outlined in this CTSA. (b) All Services must meet or exceed the required levels of performance specified in or pursuant to this CTSA, and will meet or exceed DIR’s Goals and Objectives, as set forth in the RFO, Section 1.3. (c) Vendor shall, and shall cause its agents and Subcontractors to, perform the Services in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with best practices and high professional standards consistent with applicable industry standards used in well-managed opera- tions performing Services similar to the Services awarded in this CTSA.
