Workmanship and performance. (a) All Services and Deliverables provided under this Agreement will be provided in a manner consistent with the standards of quality and integrity as outlined in this Agreement, the RFP, and CONTRACTOR’s Proposal. (b) All Services and Deliverables must meet or exceed the required levels of performance specified in or pursuant to this Agreement, and will meet or exceed HHSC’s Missions and Objectives, as set forth in the RFP. (c) CONTRACTOR will perform the Services in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with best practices and high professional standards used in well-managed operations performing services similar to the services described in this Agreement.
