WORKPLACE CONDUCT Clause Samples

The Workplace Conduct clause sets expectations for acceptable behavior and professional standards within the workplace. It typically outlines guidelines regarding respect, non-discrimination, harassment prevention, and compliance with company policies, applying to all employees and sometimes contractors or visitors. By clearly defining appropriate conduct, this clause helps maintain a safe, respectful, and productive work environment, reducing the risk of conflicts and legal issues related to employee behavior.
