Workplace Environment. The Employer and the Union agree that all employees should work in an environment that fosters mutual respect and professionalism. The parties agree that the workplace environment can have a significant impact on employee productivity, well-being, and furthers the Employer’s business operations and needs. Inappropriate behavior in the workplace does not serve the Employer, the Union, or the employee. All employees are responsible for contributing to a positive workplace environment. APPEARANCE Employees are expected to dress neatly and present a clean appearance. Where a Department or Division has grooming standards or a dress code, employees must comply and maintain these standards.
