Worksite Representative Sample Clauses

The Worksite Representative clause designates an individual or entity responsible for overseeing activities and communications at a project site on behalf of one of the contracting parties. This representative typically acts as the main point of contact for day-to-day operations, coordinates site access, and ensures compliance with project requirements. By clearly identifying who holds this authority, the clause streamlines communication, reduces confusion, and ensures that instructions and decisions are properly conveyed and implemented on the worksite.
