WREGIS Metering. If PacifiCorp owns the Environmental Attributes pursuant to Section 4.7, Seller must cause the Facility to implement all necessary generation information communications in WREGIS, and report generation information to WREGIS pursuant to a WREGIS-approved meter dedicated to the Facility and only the Facility.β
