Common use of Writing Required Clause in Contracts

Writing Required. No modification or waiver of any provisions of this Secured Term Note, nor consent to any departure by Borrower, shall in any event be effective, irrespective of any course of dealing between the parties, unless the same shall be in a writing executed by Lender and then such waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the purpose for which given. No notice to or demand on Borrower in any case shall thereby entitle Borrower to any other or further notice or demand in the same, similar or other circumstances.
