Written Procedure. If the grievance is not settled at the Verbal step, it may be appealed by reducing the grievance to writing on the appropriate grievance form and delivering the same to his or her Department Head or the Department Head's designee, within five (5) days after the discussion with his or her immediate supervisor in the verbal procedure. The Department Head or his or her designee shall give a written answer to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and grievant within five (5) days after receipt of the written grievance.
