Written Report Within 48 Hours. [a] A licensed employee who is party to any alleged assault or battery committed against him/her in connection with his/her employment, shall file, within forty-eight (48) hours, a written report of the incident and the circumstances thereof with his/her principal or supervisor who shall be responsible to immediately forward the report to the Board through the Superintendent of Schools.
