Common use of Written Resolution Clause in Contracts

Written Resolution. ‌ Notwithstanding any provision of this Trust Agreement, a written resolution signed by the holders of a majority of the Units otherwise entitled to be voted at a meeting shall be effective as if it had been passed at a meeting in accordance with this ARTICLE 15, provided all Unitholders are provided a copy of the proposed resolution (and all such other information they would have otherwise been entitled to pursuant to Section 15.2) as soon as is practicable and in any event prior to the effective date of such resolution.
